Ammonium hydroxide solution

From our Duisburg site, we supply our customers throughout Germany with ammonium hydroxide solution in different concentrations up to 31.7 %. You can order the product either in tank wagons, road tankers or in various small containers (from 40 kg to 500 kg). This product is mainly delivered in single-compartment-road-tankers six days a week.

Ammonium hydroxide solution is mainly used for the denitrification of flue gases or for setting of solutions and dispersions to certain pH-values. Ammonia is contained in ammonium hydroxide solution as the starting product and is mainly used in refrigerating and hardening plants.

Tetrahydrothiophene (THT)

THT is used as an odorant in order to make otherwise odourless natural gas detectable. From our THT filling plant in Duisburg we ensure that gas utilities throughout Germany are supplied with THT so odorized gas can be delivered to homes. Maximum supply security thanks to our high-bay warehouse

Thanks to our fully automatic high-bay warehouse we offer you maximum supply security. Attached to the high-bay warehouse is our central picking hall where we handle all packaged goods/bulk goods. More than 9.000 pallet storage spaces enable us to store a wide range of products. We can thus ensure flexibility and short response times when supplying our customers.

 

Mixing plant for highly viscous mixtures

Particularly highly viscous mixtures up to 10,000 mPas (cf. honey) can be produced by our mixing plant at the Duisburg site. The plant consists of two stainless steel containers, each with a volume of maximum 20 cbm. Please contact our team of experts if you need mixtures of highly viscous products, such as e.g. resins and polymer solutions, surfactant mixtures or organic amines.

At our sites we stock acids, lyes and solvents in tanks or already filled in various container sizes. In total Brenntag GmbH has a tank volume of more than 18,000 cbm. All sites are connected with each other, which increases our flexibility and guarantees maximum supply security for our customers.

With our own fleet of more than 100 vehicles, we deliver the requested products safely and rapidly to your destination. Naturally, maximum safety in the road transportation of chemicals and optimized vehicle deployment to shorten delivery times go without saying.
